Today’s Visions

I was walking along the streets of Port Jefferson last winter and just enjoying the sights and sounds of this small picturesque of waterside village on Long Island.

I had already enjoyed the antique stores and art galleries, browsed through the clothing, jewelry and home boutiques and was taking a few moments to just enjoy the streets of this village. The streets of Port Jefferson are lovely to amble around and then there is the harbor!  WOW!  Breathtaking.

On this particular day, after taking pictures along the streets and at the harbor, I was waylaid by a radio station playing old time favorites and gathering a crowd.  I had my release forms, I had my camera so I decided that this was the perfect opportunity to take some pictures of people.  I took pictures of children standing listening to the music — each having a totally different experience with it.  Take a look:
