Today’s Visions

Photography that captures today’s visions for tomorrow’s memories

Long Island News Day - Midnight Oils Exhibit

The October 24th issue of the Long Island Newsday recently wrote an article about the Midnight Oils Exhibition in which I had a piece of my work.  During the reception, several of the artists were interviewed — including myself.  I anxiously awaited for the article to run hoping that I might have received a small quote.

Friday, October 24th, 2008 - when I looked through the days issue of the Long Island Newsday I was very pleasantly surprised!  What I got was a very nice write up and my art was even pictured!  What a thrill.  Click on the article to the left to take a look at a copy of this article.

This picture is now for sell by the artist, Sherril Barnes.  It comes matted and framed.  Please contact Sherril if you are interested in purchasing this beautiful piece.

The Red Carpet is a thought-provoking picture, it makes you think about the beauty of life and also the stillness and serenity at the cemetery. An absolutely beautiful photo indeed.
