April Fools Bloopers

You really thought you would catch me singing to a camera or on a mike being recorded?  Not in a million years.  Nope.  Not me!  I might do karaoke everyone once in a while when I am in an ‘I don’t care’ mood, but not recorded.  No way!

My plan was to record a Sunday night check-in.  You know, just a real informal here is where I am with everything.  It is an added step to keep myself disciplined and motivated.  I would have talked about my plans, interesting facts that I have learned and given updates on each section of the blog.  I still think it’s an awesome idea.  However, I have found out that me and the camera do not get along.  I had two weeks to record a decent first check-in with Debut Video Capture Software by NCH Software before the trial ran out.   For an inexpensive video capture program, $39,95, this piece of software does an awesome job and is incredibly intuitive – very easy to use.

Anyway, the failure to have a video as I envisioned definitely lies with me, not Debut.  Below are two of the bloopers I created trying to make this video.

I could not post the funniest blooper.  It ends with an expletive.  If you would like to view it, leave me a comment and I will email it to you.  By asking for this funny blooper you are agreeing to never post it on the internet.  I have not posted it because I do not want to offend anyone.

I may keep trying to see if I can create a podcast, but for now the check-in is going to continue to be in writing, lol.  I know I can do that.
